Expert Bio

Joyce Chen is a Staff Assistant Intern with the Wilson Center's Science and Technology Innovation Program. She is pursuing a Masters in Public Policy at Georgetown University and holds an HBA in Political Science from the University of Toronto. Previously, Joyce interned at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) and the Office of Congresswoman Gwen Moore (WI-03).
