Expert Bio
Andrew Carmona is a staff assistant intern for the Science and Technology Program’s (STIP) Beyond Bans research project. Andrew was born and raised in New York and is a dual citizen of the United States and the Dominican Republic. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at New York University and is receiving his Master’s in International Affairs at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, focusing on data analytics and technology. Before his term at the Wilson Center, Andrew worked for organizations like the American Red Cross, the International Rescue Committee, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and WeRobotics.
