Alie is a Staff Assistant Intern with the Science and Technology Program’s newly formed Beyond Bans research program, conducting research on facial recognition technology in an effort to explore the complexity behind a range of AI ethical issues. She received a BA in Anthropology from Princeton University and is currently pursuing a MA in Human-Computer Interaction at Georgetown University
