At the Woodrow Wilson Center, Khurram is researching the political economy of policy reform in Pakistan. He’s looking at the history of Pakistan’s relationship with the IMF as a window in the reform process to better understand how the play of domestic and international pressures has worked to shape Pakistan’s economy and society in an era of globalized capital flows.
