Expert Bio
Kendra Heideman is the program associate for the Middle East Program at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. Her interests are related to women’s issues in the Middle East and North Africa region, particularly women’s political participation and empowerment. She received her B.A. in international relations from Creighton University and M.A. in international affairs from The George Washington University, with concentrations in the Middle East and security studies.
