Andreas Lutsch is Juniorprofessor at the Federal University of Administrative Sciences, Department of the BND, Berlin. His current research focuses on the history of and current issues concerning nuclear deterrence, with special emphasis on Germany’s nuclear policy, and secondly on historical and current problems, concepts, and methods of intelligence analysis, with a focus on strategic intelligence.
