Mike Jobbins is Search for Common Ground’s Senior Program Manager for the Africa Region. He supports the management, design, and development of conflict resolution programming in 22 countries across Africa, including in the Great Lakes, and has covered Burundi and the region for the past ten years. Mike previously worked in SFCG’s programs in the region, where he supported the start-up and management of projects on Elections, SGBV prevention, Refugee reintegration, Security sector reform, and Post-war governance. He supported the design of SFCG’s elections strategy in Sierra Leone, and the evaluation of electoral education programs in Guinea. He holds an MA from Georgetown University and a BA from Harvard University.
