Luego, platicaramos lo que significará el legado de AMLO para la presidente entrante y cómo puede afectar las políticas futuras en materia de democracia, mercados, seguridad e interacciones con Estados Unidos. The elections on June 2, 2024 will have a profound impact on the daily lives of the people of Mexico. In light of this, the Mexico Institute is hosting a series of webinars to provide nonpartisan expert insights and analysis to voters and concrete recommendations to incoming Mexican leaders.
This event will begin with a discussion about the challenges the next administration will face, and what should be on their agenda. Our hope is to objectively analyze what AMLO’s legacy will mean for the incoming president, and how it may impact future policy on democracy, markets, security, and interactions with the United States. This event will be webcast live on this webpage Thursday, May 9 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. EST. Join us to participate in this pertinent discussion.
