"It seems more PR than science UNTIL the Russians publish more data for an independent evaluation of the safety and effectiveness of the SPUTNIK-V vaccine.  I am unaware of any public data concerning its safety, potency, degree of protection, etc.  For that, scientists need large enough populations so they can collect and analyze the SPUTNIK-V recipients' pre-immunization and post-immunization data. Who is collecting that information?  To whom is the data being reported? Is the data being checked independently? The vaccine could have financial rewards for Russia if other countries buy it."
